Enable SMS for all clients by default

Currently `sms_notifications` defaults to false on Client records. Most clients never see SMS reminders. Flip the default to true and let clients opt out instead of in.

Add STOP opt-out to every message

UK regulations (PECR) require that every marketing/reminder SMS includes clear opt-out instructions. Already present in reminders — ensure ALL messages include 'Reply STOP to opt out'.

Upgrade to a dedicated Twilio UK number

If you're on a trial Twilio number, messages are limited to verified numbers. A full UK mobile or landline number (from £1/month) removes this restriction and improves deliverability.

Send SMS on job completion with photo link

Currently job completion only logs internally. An auto-SMS with a portal link to the photo report would wow clients and reduce support queries like 'did they come today?'

Add 'en route' SMS trigger

When a technician marks status as 'en_route', automatically send a 'Your technician is on their way, ~20 mins' SMS. This massively reduces missed-access issues.

Keep messages under 160 characters

SMS over 160 chars split into multiple parts and cost more (Twilio bills per part). The current reminder message can exceed this. Shorten to stay in 1 SMS.

Register Twilio Alphanumeric Sender ID

Instead of messages arriving from a mobile number, they'd arrive as 'ScotScooper'. Looks more professional. Available for UK delivery — apply via Twilio console.
