Verification Period

You have 48 hours to confirm your identity via email or SMS verification.

Review Period

You'll receive a deletion summary and have 7 days to review and confirm final deletion.

  • Legal Disputes: If there's an ongoing legal dispute or investigation, we may need to retain your data until the matter is resolved.
  • Third Parties: We'll delete data from our systems, but cannot control data held by third-party service providers beyond our contractual obligations with them.
  • Backups: Data in encrypted backups will be overwritten during the next backup cycle (typically within 90 days).
Alternatives to Full Deletion

Before requesting full deletion, consider these alternatives that may better suit your needs:

Pause Your Service

Temporarily suspend your account without deleting data. You can resume service anytime.

Update Your Information

Correct or update inaccurate data instead of deleting everything.

Restrict Processing

Limit how we use your data without deleting it entirely.

Opt Out of Marketing

Stop marketing communications while keeping your service active.
